Isn’t it just one of the worst feelings. You forgot his birthday. His birthday was yesterday and you remembered it – today.
Or even worse, he had to give you a gentle reminder at dinner that TODAY was his birthday. And of course it’s way too late to get him a great birthday present, in fact it’s way too late to do anything. You can’t even make him a birthday cake, the opportunity is gone, he knows you forgot, and you’re just so embarrassed.
And you’d planned such a great birthday for him. You knew it was coming up, you had birthday plans all worked out, and you just can’t work out how you forgot.
