There are LOTS of gifts stores on the web, both general and specifically mens gift stores. There aren’t many that are an indispensible destination when you’re searching for your mans gift.
But this store is one of the DO NOT MISS stores. You haven’t done your search for gifts justice until you’ve been to look at Hammacher Schlemmer.
I’ve just spent quite a bit of my day today looking around their gifts store. Quite a bit of my day. It’s so big, and there are so many ideas there, that you really can’t do it justice until you’ve spent a large part of a day looking.
This is no specialist gifts store. It caters to just about everything. Often that is a negative, it’s the old syndrome, tries to do everything and doesn’t do anything well. But not in the case of Hammacher Schlemmer. They are a quality store, and offer a massive range of quality, and often quite unique, gift ideas.
And at very competitive prices in my experience.
There’s far too many choices and categories for all their gift ideas, I’d find it hard to review them all. So what I thought I’d do is to choose just one small category and show you some of the ideas from that one category. And how unusual and unique they are.
My choice of category is “sports and leisure” – “waterfun”. Here’s a few ideas from their waterfun department, and if you can’t find a unique and creative idea for a man who likes his water and outdoors here you aren’t trying.
