A Gift For The Seriously Caffeine Addicted Man. A Gift Of Gourmet Coffee

I just love coffee, I sit in front of the computer and drink it all day. So a gift of coffee is always one that I love. There are of course some wonderful gourmet coffee gift baskets and gift boxes available and I’ll look at one of those soon, and tell you about it.

But for me there is another gift of coffee that is, in my view, a better one than a coffee gift basket. You see for a coffee lover gourmet coffee is an ongoing thing. It’s nice to try some wonderful coffee but once the gift basket has run out there’s no more to try, unless you look for another gift basket or another gourmet coffee supply.

A gift of gourmet coffeeSo what could be better for the coffee loving man than a gift of coffee that gives him an ongoing supply of different coffees to try every month, month after month?

It works for me. I love to try coffee, it gets boring drinking the same one all the time.

So for the ideal gift of gourmet coffee for a man why not consider a coffee gift subscription.

A subscription as a gift is a fine gift. I love fly fishing and some years ago my wife bought me a gift of a subscription to a new fly fishing magazine. I love it, and every year she renews the subscription. It’s an ongoing gift.

So a gift of a subscription is one which I see as a very good idea for a gift. And it is perfectly possible to give a gift of a coffee subscription.

How? Through the Coffee Of The Month Club.

So what is the coffee of the month club?

It’s a way to make sure you have a ready supply of new coffees to try throughout the year. For $20.95 plus delivery you get 2 bags of coffee (12 oz) a month of a range of different and unusual coffees for you to try. You can choose either ground or, if you prefer to grind it yourself, whole beans.

These are high quality Arabica bean coffees, and with your new selection comes a newsletter offering you all sorts of information on the coffees that have been sent to you.

Now 2 bags of high quality coffee isn’t a bad price for $21, not according to what I pay for my coffee. Unfortunately for me though, 2 bags isn’t enough. I love to try different coffees, but I would certainly drink more than 2 bags a month.

Fortunately you also have the option to buy more coffee. Choose your favorites from amongst those you have tried and buy more of those, at a discount.

It is quite possible to gift a coffee of the month subscription, with a letter of introduction included with your gift subscription.

Here’s a list of just some of the coffees that are sent to members of the club:

Celebes Kalossi, Zambia AA, Guatemalan Fraijanes, Indian Monsooned Malaba 99, Panama SHB Rio Sereno, Sumatra Lintong, Full City Roast Costa Rican, Peru Arabica.

A lot of them I haven’t even heard of!! What a treat getting to try all those coffees!

One bit of bad news though, there are no decaf coffees available, so if he’s a decaf nut you’ll have to think of something else.

And this idea doesn’t just apply to coffee. There are also beer, wine and pizza of the month clubs, as well as cigars and others. So if he’s into his beer or cigars more than his coffee you have some other choices.

So if you’ve considered giving him a gourmet coffee gift basket as a gift, why not consider a Coffee Of The Month Club gift of coffee instead? Make your coffee gift last for a year rather than a few weeks.

And I’ve got lots of other suggestions for unique Christmas gifts as well.
