Why not 2 or 3 handheld CB radios? Now I don’t mean those toy ones that you get for kids that have a range of maybe 30 yards. I mean real CB radios that are intended for real use.
I know that kids love them, because mine do. I bought a couple of those kids ones for them from an online shop first. But as I say, they’re really just a simple toy. Then I bought real ones, and they were so much better than those toy ones.
The whole family has had a ball with those radios. The kids love them, they play with them all the time, and they’re good quality so they work well, unlike the toy ones I got first.
And I love them. I can use the hand helds to communicate with other vehicles on the road. For example a friend that I go fishing with has one, and when we go in 2 separate cars we can talk to each other. We go in 2 cars to take 2 boats, and we can talk to each other while we’re fishing in separate boats as well.
So while they’re a gift that the whole family will enjoy, they are also an extremely useful gift for him as well. In lots of different circumstances.
Where would you get them? Well of course like everything there’s lots of [tag-tec]online stores[/tag-tec] and online gifts shops that sell gifts which would include CB handheld radios. But personally I’d check out Amazon first. I’ve found some good ones there in a quick look.
And eBay as well. They will have lots there. They are quite inexpensive, less than $100 should buy you 2 or 3 good ones.
